bona fide buyer in 1 day. The Seller was asking $125,000. Nate procured and negotiated an offer acceptable to the Seller for a sales price of $130,000. The
property closed escrow in 23 days. This particular property
was an Equity which
means it varies and requires special skills compared to other types of
transactions in the Las Vegas real estate market. Nate has
