the market. In other words, if not one more home became available, it
would take just under 6 weeks to sell the entire inventory available right
now. In addition to the overall competition in the market, short sales only
have about a 1.5 week supply and bank owned homes have about a 2.5 week
supply. Because of the type of market that Las Vegas is experiencing, it
