There are currently 6543 homes in ER status in the MLS

369 are bank owned

838 are short sales

5336 are traditional sellers

Last week there were 859 properties put into P,C status

49 are bank owned

296 are short sale

514 are traditional sellers

637 closed escrow

31 are bank owned

137 are short sale

469 are traditional sellers
